Diamond Incident Recording System

 

This module allows the user to record details of accidents/incidents. The data can then be analysed to produce statistics of the type of accident by staff category over any required period. Below is an example of this report which can also be produced with the figures shown as percentages of the staffing levels within each category.

A general analysis program also allows the user to analyse the data by any recorded criteria. For instance, the user can list all sharps accidents occurring to student nurses, or accidents not reported to HSE where the staff member did not continue working, etc., etc.

As well as producing a report as above, the data can be imported into Microsoft Excel to produce graphical interpretation of these figures; e.g. pie charts, histograms etc.
