Diamond Licensing System

 

The Diamond Licensing System is an easy-to-use, individually-tailored application - running under Windows - which was first installed in May 1994 and is currently in use by over forty authorities.

It produces licences and covering letters, reminder letters, non-standard letters, plates, badges, expiry (and other) lists and various analyses and statistics - in fact any output specified by the user.

It comprises several optional modules, any of which can be added at a later stage. Modules that are currently available are listed below, and we are also developing one for Motor Salvage Operators following the Vehicle (Crime) Act 2001.
